Milton Green sold real estate for the past 10 years in Casper, Wyoming,  recently relocating  back to Goshen County .  He specializes in rural residential and estate properties, as well as general residential.

After retiring in 2010, Milton obtained his real estate license and graduated from the Western College of Auctioneering the same year. He is a member of the Wyoming Auctioneers Association., National Auctioneers Association, National Association of Realtors and Wyoming Association of Realtors.  He has credentials as a Certified Estate Specialist and Graduate Personal Property Appraiser through the National Association of Auctioneers.

Prior to  real estate, Milton  had an extensive  33 year career with the Cooperative Extension Service in Wyoming and Utah:

  • Crook County for 5 years
  • Goshen County for 12 years
  • Southeastern Utah Area Economic Development Agent for 3 years
  • Director of the Extension Indian Reservation Program on the Wind River Indian Reservation for 7 years
  • Area Community Development Agent in Natrona, Niobrara and Converse Counties for 6 years.

Awards and recognition include serving as the Past President of the Goshen County Chamber of Commerce, Casper Area Chamber of Commerce, Wyoming MLS Board of Directors, Board of Directors for the Wyoming Auctioneers Association, Western Regional Director for the National County Agents Association and Hall of Fame Inductee in the National Association of County Agriculture Agents and Life Member of both the Wyoming Association of County Agriculture Agents and National Association of County Agriculture Agents. 

Milton Green has deep roots in Wyoming.  He was raised in southeastern Wyoming, graduated from Chugwater High School, and then from the University of Wyoming with a degree in Range Management and a master’s degree In Adult/Community Education.
